Bridges are used to replace spaces by fixing onto teeth either side of the missing tooth. They are generally preferred when teeth are missing on only one side of the mouth, or if the idea of a denture or implant is not appealing.
Bridges can be made from a range of materials, including tooth coloured procelain for uncompromising aesthetics. For long term success a good oral hygiene regime and regular visits to the dentist are paramount, just like for natural teeth.
